The house layout is nice. Definitely needs some paint, fixing up in a few places and new furnishings. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place alone is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, plus the location was awesome, but it's just on the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain far too much, but basically the windows ended up all really in need of replacement, as have been the doors, the trim, much of the home furnishings, and so forth.
